Personal Data
The personal data provided by customers allows the Organizer to complete the entire ticket and voucher ordering process. In this context, the ticketing software provider Mapado is considered a data processor acting on behalf of the Organizers. This data is also retained for security purposes when required by law or regulation.
The personal data transmitted also allows the Organizers, within the framework of legitimate use (as defined by the European GDPR), to contact customers in the event of cancellation or changes to the date, time, or location of an event, or to compile anonymized statistics.
Customers may authorize the Organizer to use additional personal data (such as subscribing to a newsletter). A consent form is provided for this purpose in the order confirmation form.
The Organizer informs customers that they have a general right to information, access, objection, rectification, and erasure of all personal data concerning them. This right can be exercised by contacting the Organizer's Data Protection Officer, whose contact details are provided on their official website or on the purchase form (depending on the tickets ordered).
Alternatively, customers can contact Mapado's Data Protection Officer (dpo@mapado.com) to obtain the contact details of the relevant Organizers' Data Protection Officers and request to exercise these rights.
The payment provider may also request additional information to confirm customer identity and validate financial transactions. If the customer does not wish to or cannot provide this information, the payment cannot be validated, and consequently, the purchase of tickets or vouchers via the online ticketing system cannot be completed. In this case, the customer must contact the Organizer to find an alternative solution for purchasing tickets or passes for the event in question.
Technical Trackers (Cookies and Browser Local Storage)
Our website uses technical trackers strictly necessary for its operation, including cookies and browser local storage mechanisms (such as Local Storage). In accordance with the CNIL definition, these trackers serve an exclusively technical purpose and are functionally equivalent to necessary cookies.
They allow, in particular:
